Now you can create professional quality nameplates using your office printer using the do-it-yourself Reusable Name Plate System. The metal backplate comes with your logo printed in full color, so every nameplate in the office will consistently help with your branding strategy. First, you will print transparent inserts, then sandwich the inserts between the backplate and clear protective slider. Next, slide all three components into the holder.
Everything you need for Reusable Name Plates: the backplate, holder, and clear lens are available on this form. Once you have made your selections, you can be forwarded to the insert order page to select the inserts that will work with your printer.
Four parts are required to assemble a complete Reusable Name Plate: a metal backplate, a plate holder, a printed insert and a transparent slider.
BACKPLATES: Silver, gold and white 0.03 inch thick metal backplates have a UV printed full color logo.
LOGO: Artwork must be in a vector format or a high-quality raster image. Information on artwork requirements is found in the Resource Center.
SET-UP FEE: $35.00 (no set-up fee is charged on reorders of the same layout).
PROOF: Avoid the hassle of doing the design work. Our design department will take you from concept to completion. They provide a digital proof which must be reviewed and approved before production begins.
HOLDERS: Metal wall-mounted and free-standing options are offered in silver, black, yellow gold and rose gold. The backplate, insert and the Lexan slider fit into the holder of your choice.
INSERTS: The transparent inserts for adding names can be printed on a laser or inkjet printer and replaced as needed for new employees (purchased separately).
CLEAR SLIDER: Crystal clear Lexan plastic holds the inserts over the backplate while protecting it from dust and scratches.
PRODUCTION: Orders placed by 11:00 a.m. Mountain time of up to 24 pieces will be shipped the same day. Add one day of production time for each additional 24 name plates.
PRICE INCLUDES: One 2x10 inch metal backplate with a logo, a metal wall mount or desk holder and a clear protective lens. Inserts are required, but ordered separately.

Print inserts as needed; the dual-layer style allows the sheets to be sent through your printer multiple times. We recommend using Name Print Graphics (NPG) software to print your inserts. This software is easy to set up and allows you to save time with design, data import and auto-align features. Some templates are available for Microsoft Word® or other document software.
